Toilet, Pedestal Sink and Shower Tray are provided.

Installation is made for TV, Air Conditioner.

With a house 104 m2 house area and 13 m2 patio area, our 117 m2 3+1 single storey prefabricated house has a living room of 35 m2, a kitchen of 10 m2, 3 bedrooms of 11,13 and 15 m2, a bathroom of 5 sqm. and powder room of 3 m2.

This our house model is good for big families. We are desinging houses where you can spend your time comfortably and pleasant days with your partner and children in your house. This our total 117 m2 area house and our other houses have wood design for exterior design. Stones can be use for exterior design upon your request. The out  door is made of steel and interior doors are american style. Interior and exterior paints of our houses on us our company. The transportation and build of our materials that produced in our factory is done by our company. Painted galvanized sheet is used in our roof coverings. Shingle also  can be used to the customer’s choise. In our prefabricated house used double glazed lead free for windows. Electricity and water installation are made under the plaster. Shower tray, toilet bowl, sink and faucet are included in our prices.
