The healthiest system in prefabricated houses is the system consisting of betopan walls supported by stainless, galvanized steel profiles. We will examine the features that make our company special in these systems, whose carriers have special bends and where steel is used roof trusses to all joint elements.
They have a thickness of at least 0.8-1.2 mm. Those with a thickness of 0.8 mm are used in places that do not have a bearing feature (eaves, butt closure sheet, etc.). 1-1.2 mm thickness is used in materials with carrier properties (h profile, roof truss, etc.). And bending is important in every material that is steel. Each twist increases durability and carriage. Compared to other companies, in general, these companies use ratios such as 0.5-0.7mm and many of them have systems without bends.
The roof is of particular importance in every building, in every system. This is because the roof affects the life of the building and has a protective feature. The roof system of prefabricated houses consists of steel roof trusses. Next comes the slatted plasterboard ceiling, 10 cm mineral glass wool for insulation, and roof trusses. It is covered with painted galvanized sheet metal. There are also materials that can be used here as an extra, which we call osb-membrane, which increases durability and completely cuts sounds such as rain. OSB-3 is the healthiest type and our company uses OSB-3. Membrane also creates a moisture barrier.
There are varieties such as metal tile, shingle and trapezoidal sheet in the sheets used on the roof. Trapezoidal sheet is used in the standard. The most important feature that distinguishes our company other companies is the roof system, it has special bends in the roof trusses. It increases extra durability and extends the life of both the roof and the building.
The panels used in the prefabricated system consist of betopan. The material we call betopan is cemented particle boards. In other words, it is a compressed mixture of cement and oak wood. It is both flexible and durable due to cement, and together with oak wood, it forms a healthy and environmentally friendly system that does not contain concrete and plastic. Betopan walls used in our company are 10 mm thick and 8 mm thick for interior walls. It is known as fireproof. Normally no material is fireproof, but there are materials that are non-flammable. This is the difference in the walls we use. Since it will not ignite, it provides resistance against fire. We give the appearance of wood pattern on our outer wall panels. This wood pattern feature belongs only to our company and has also revealed its difference.
In prefabricated houses, rock wool or EPS styrofoam is used for insulation between two betopan slates. In the standard, the properties of styrofoam are used in 8 cm and 16 density density. Since it is generally used in other companies with less density, on average 10-12 density, it does not provide insulation sufficiently. Rock wool is not recommended because it may collapse after a long time.
